The Practice Owners Club

Running a dental practice carries responsibility that few truly understand unless they are living it too. Decisions sit with you. The weight of leadership, people management, finance, compliance, and patient care often leaves little space to step back and think.

The Practice Owners Club has been created as a safe, confidential forum exclusively for dental practice owners. It is a place to pause, reflect, learn from one another, and feel supported by peers who understand the realities of principal life.

These meetings are not lectures. They are facilitated, thoughtful conversations where learning is shared, challenges are explored openly, and insights are gained through collaboration rather than comparison.

What makes the Practice Owners Club different

• Principals only
  This is a closed forum for practice owners. Everyone in the room understands the responsibility you carry.

• Psychological safety
  Confidentiality and respect are central. This is a place to speak honestly, think aloud, and explore ideas without judgement.

• Collective learning
  The group draws on shared experience. Often the clarity you need comes from hearing how others have navigated similar challenges.

• Connection and belonging
  You are not meant to do this alone. The club offers a sense of community with motivated, thoughtful peers.

Who can attend

• Practice owners enrolled on The Blueprint for a Better Practice

• Practice owners working with me through 1-2-1 coaching
  These meetings are included on a complementary basis.

Practice owners who are not currently on a programme may also join by booking a standalone block of all 10 meetings. Attendance is limited to preserve the quality of discussion and ensure everyone feels heard.
